Semperis, a global cybersecurity SaaS provider, seeks an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. You will ensure customer success, collaborate with Technical Delivery and Sales, and drive growth across a strategic book of business.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success, strong executive communication skills, and experience translating data into business value. This role supports a hybrid work model with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in customer success or related role in a cybersecurity SaaS company.
• Ability to articulate threats and product value to CISOs and CIOs.
• Experience turning telemetry and risk scores into business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design success plans for a Book of Business of strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Own customer health, satisfaction, retention and growth targets and report on them.
• Gather customer feedback and influence product development.
• Lead training sessions to ensure wide product adoption and impact.
• Maintain accurate customer records to enable personalized interactions across teams.
• Develop and execute ongoing customer development programs (health checks, workshops, etc.).
• Identify potential references and assist with customer case studies.
• Maintain understanding of Semperis technologies, products, and services.
• Contribute to process and system improvements for the CS program.
