- Translate business objectives into capability priorities for planning and investment.
- Identify capability strengths, risks and gaps using data and insight to drive action.
- Lead or sponsor people technology solutions balancing adoption, usability and value.
- Deliver outcomes through influence, partnerships and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Defining and evolving The Crown Estate's enterprise capability framework aligned with strategic priorities.
- Translating strategy into capability requirements and identifying gaps and risks.
- Providing data-driven insights to support workforce development and investment decisions.
- Enabling capability-based career pathways and greater internal mobility.
- Acting as product owner for skills, capability and learning technologies.
