Job summary

CNA Hardy is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support architectural roadmaps across business and technology portfolios. You will contribute to strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration while growing into enterprise-level leadership.

The role emphasizes translating business priorities into aligned architectural solutions, working with stakeholders, and promoting best practices to enable scalable, secure outcomes domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 5-7 years of technology experience in roles such as software engineering, systems analysis, or solution architecture.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture practices and TOGAF is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support architectural alignment.
• Interest in architecture strategy, modern practices, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and technology vision.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, system architects, and delivery teams for alignment.
• Contribute to enterprise, conceptual, and solution architectures using modern practices (API-first, cloud-native).
• Translate strategic priorities into architectural roadmaps and technology initiatives.
• Support creation and maintenance of architectural artifacts and governance processes.
• Participate in architecture governance, reviews, and strategic planning."
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and modernization opportunities.
• Assist with business capability modeling and roadmapping to enable strategic outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning and mentorship to grow architectural maturity.
