Job summary

CNA Hardy is seeking an Enterprise Architect in London to drive architecture strategy and roadmaps across business and technology portfolios. This role combines technical depth with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and offers exposure to enterprise-scale initiatives under mentorship from senior architects.

You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate strategic priorities into aligned architectural solutions, governance, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of technology-focused experience (software engineering, systems analysis, or architecture).
• Experience in enterprise architecture practices and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology.
• Interest in architecture strategy and emerging technologies, with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and technology vision.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, system architects, and delivery teams.
• Contribute to enterprise, conceptual, and solution architectures using modern practices.
• Engage stakeholders to translate priorities into architectural solutions.
• Document architectural artifacts and governance processes.
• Support architecture governance, reviews, and standards compliance.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and modernization opportunities.
• Assist in business capability planning and roadmapping.
• Pursue continuous learning and mentorship opportunities.
• Contribute to architecture practice development across the organization.
