Job summary

Codurance is looking for an Engagement Manager to join our teams in London or Manchester, with a hybrid work model. You will manage client relationships, align strategies, and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver value on diverse projects.

You’ll also collaborate with business development and marketing to craft proposals and contribute to building our internal engagement management capabilities and culture. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

• Proven experience managing client engagements across multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership.
• Ability to plan, execute and manage risks in tech/product development.
