Codurance is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our teams in London or Manchester. You will manage and liaise with stakeholders across client projects, ensuring value delivery and alignment between client needs and our teams.

You will also engage with business development and marketing to support proposals and help build Codurance's internal engagement management and delivery capability and culture. Hybrid work is available; visa sponsorship is not offered at this time.

• Account development: identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.
• Project management: plan and execute technical/product strategy and manage risks.
