Job summary

Project People is seeking a Business Enablement Lead / Office Operations Lead on a permanent basis, on-site in Reading. This role leads a team of Business Enablement Coordinators, delivering proactive support to leaders and teams, enhancing service quality and streamlining day‑to‑day operations.

You will drive governance, information flow and problem‑solving across directorates, while building strong internal and external partnerships to enable collaboration and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Business Enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee governance and coordination activities, ensuring actions, decisions, risks and deliverables are tracked and progressed.
• Develop a high‑performing team of Business Enablement Coordinators and foster a service‑excellence culture.
• Provide responsive, professional and customer‑focused support to leaders and teams.
• Act as a strategic liaison between Company, shareholders, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Lead diary management, meeting preparation, and leadership support.
• Improve communication channels and information flow across directorates.
• Oversee supplier performance, budgets and administrative services.
• Lead workplace operations and facilities management to create a productive working environment.
• Support company events, volunteering programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across business support services.
