Kirklees College is seeking an Employer Engagement and Recruitment Advisor to support the Business Development function. The role focuses on apprenticeships and commercial activities, managing key employer relationships and delivering a high-quality recruitment service.

You will collaborate with curriculum, marketing, student recruitment, and placement teams, utilising ProSuite and MS Office to track activity and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment services to schools or employers is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholder relationships to achieve KPIs.
• Proactive in building opportunities and supporting curriculum planning.

Responsabilités

• Generate and nurture key accounts to meet KPIs and growth targets.
• Coordinate vacancies, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build internal relationships across teams including employer engagement, marketing, and MIS.
• Utilise ProSuite and MS Office to record data, track pipeline and report on activity.
• Represent the team at employer visits, talks, and recruitment events.
