Kirklees College in Huddersfield is seeking an Employer Engagement and Recruitment Advisor to grow employer partnerships, promote the college’s programmes and drive recruitment targets. Based mainly at The Waterfront Quarter, you will manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service to prospective employers and learners alike.

• Experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate the college values of kindness, unity and excellence.
• Driving licence and access to a car.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote, sell and secure opportunities for employers to work with the college as well as proving outstanding customer service.
• Contribute to the successful performance of the Business Development function to deliver growth and achieve recruitment targets.
• Manage key relationships and courier employer visits as an essential part of the role.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate the college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
• Support safeguarding and promoting welfare as part of duties.
