Kirklees College is seeking an Employer Engagement and Recruitment Advisor to build strong links with local businesses, promoting apprenticeships and work-based learning and helping employers access college services.

Based mainly at the Waterfront Quarter in Huddersfield, the role involves visiting employers, meeting targets, and delivering high-quality customer service. A driving licence and car are required to carry out visits.

Qualifications

• Sales or relationship-management experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a car for employer visits.
• Full-time, 37 hours per week, all year round.
