Markerstudy Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role involves advising on complex ER matters, managing a caseload end-to-end, and partnering with line managers to deliver fair, business-aligned outcomes.

You will support managers through ER coaching, maintain compliant case files, and monitor trends to drive continuous improvement across the HR function.

Formación

• Extensive HR and ER experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, confidential advice on employee relations issues including conduct, grievance, performance, and absence.
• Manage your own caseload end-to-end, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
• Partner with line managers to deliver balanced outcomes that protect both colleague experience and business needs.
• Support the development of managers through coaching and delivery of HR and ER workshops.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate case files in line with governance standards.
• Monitor ER trends and MI to identify learning opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with employment legislation and proactively manage business risk.
