Job summary

East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive growth for Lancashire Adult Learning and the East Lancashire University Centre. You will develop campaigns, engage stakeholders, and deliver measurable results across learner recruitment and employer partnerships.

You will lead multichannel activity, analyse KPIs, and produce compelling communications while supporting wider organisational growth and community engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• CIM or CIPR qualification.
• Proven track record of creating/influencing innovative multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record of working with KPIs to analyse and measure effectiveness of activity.
• Proven track record of project management capability, keeping yourself on track and accountable.
• Experience developing, measuring and reporting on KPIs.
• Experience of building effective relationships and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing and Comms in the development and delivery of impactful marketing activity and collateral.
• Plan, execute, track and measure targeted and creative multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Support the management of online communication channels, including social media and websites, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure creative thinking for all campaigns and projects, identifying key target audiences and defining goals, conducting market research to analyse trends and identifying opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the production of marketing collateral, including leaflets, posters, podcasts, videos etc.
