Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced EDI professional to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of high‑profile EDI programmes, charter commitments and institutional action plans. You will lead delivery, governance and reporting, ensuring progress against priorities and sustaining momentum across a complex workload.

This 6‑month internal secondment (1 Oct 2026–1 Mar 2027) is hybrid, with at least 2 onsite days weekly at London Kings Cross.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex EDI programmes, institutional action plans and charter marks.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to translate organisational priorities into measurable actions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of EDI programmes and charters.
• Oversee governance, reporting KPIs and progress against institutional plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing EDI team and senior stakeholder engagement.
