Rarewaves.com Ltd is seeking an E-Commerce Product Manager to lead the Product Team, keep the catalogue accurate, and drive commercial performance across entertainment and home products.

Based in London (Chiswick), this full-time, office-based role reports to the Head of Ecommerce, combining merchandising, data, website optimisation and people leadership. Salary £37-42k, dependent on experience. You'll shape category introductions and build a high-performing team as the business grows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce, online retail or digital merchandising.
  • Experience mentoring or managing others.
  • Strong understanding of product data and catalogue management.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercial awareness with an eye for customer experience.
  • Comfortable analysing data and identifying trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Product Team, ensuring catalogue accuracy and commercial effectiveness.
  • Oversee merchandising, product data, taxonomy and customer navigation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product launches.
  • Act as first point of escalation for product and catalogue issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and ecommerce tools.
