Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Stock Demand & Inventory Planner for our Leeds client. The role focuses on product-level forecasting and inventory planning across online marketplaces, with a blend of office and home-working in a Leeds hybrid setup.

You will forecast demand, monitor stock levels, analyse sales data and collaborate with purchasing and merchandising to optimise stock performance.

Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce stock control
Strong forecasting and inventory planning knowledge
Advanced Excel to analyse large datasets and develop reports/models
Experience across e-commerce marketplaces
Analytical and commercially minded
Detail-oriented and able to spot trends from data

Responsibilities

Manage product-level demand forecasting across a broad e-commerce product range.
Monitor and optimise inventory levels to maximise availability while minimising excess stock.
Analyse sales data, trends and marketplace performance to support purchasing decisions.
Manage stock control across multiple e-commerce channels and marketplaces.
Use advanced Excel to build forecasting and inventory models.
Work with purchasing, merchandising and commercial teams to improve stock performance.
Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, stock turn and inventory efficiency.
Provide clear reporting and insight to support commercial decision-making.
