Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Digital Workplace Manager in West Yorkshire with hybrid working to lead a large-scale collaboration and productivity estate. You will own M365, Teams and related services, set strategy, and manage a team of senior technical specialists, driving service excellence while shaping the future of workplace technology.

The role focuses on leadership, strategy and people management rather than hands-on engineering, with significant investment in AI and modern collaboration

Qualifications

Strong Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace experience.
Proven leadership of technical teams in complex environments.
Teams Voice and telephony expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

Own Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and collaboration services.
Lead the roadmap for Digital Workplace technologies, AI and modern collaboration platforms.
Manage and develop a team of technical leads and engineers.
Drive service improvement, governance, vendor management and operational performance.
Support international operations and future expansion into new locations.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies across Microsoft and wider productivity, collaboration and AI platforms.
