Job summary

Fortnum & Mason is seeking an Innovation Manager to identify, evaluate and incubate innovative ideas and emerging technologies across the business from its Head Office in London. You will translate business challenges into structured initiatives, develop business cases and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Experience leading innovation, transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives.

• Experience researching emerging technologies and market trends for practical opportunities.
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions and benefits measures.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, tech and data.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the innovation pipeline aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with executives to identify strategic challenges where innovation adds value.
• Lead discovery, PoC and pilot activities with defined success measures.
• Develop business cases and design concepts for review and delivery.
• Translate innovations into formal delivery programmes with other teams.
