Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Information Management, Digital Technologies or a related STEM discipline.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation or delivery programmes within complex environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across diverse teams.
• Strong commercial awareness of how digital investments create business value.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements through technology and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CP Digital Team to foster high performance and innovation.
• Own and evolve the CP Digitalisation Strategy aligned with business growth.
• Act as senior authority for digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure clear business value, investment justification, and delivery success of digital initiatives.
• Identify, develop, and implement digital solutions across CP sectors.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for digital adoption, performance and impact.
• Champion data governance, cyber security, and audit compliance.
• Promote consistent digital ways of working and best practices.
• Support major bids and strategic initiatives with digital innovation.
• Track emerging technologies and partner with UK & Ireland leadership.
