Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Manager in its Digital Transformation team to lead technology-enabled transformation programmes. You will guide clients through strategy, discovery, selection, and deployment to realise measurable business value.

You will work with Data, Cyber, Infrastructure, Business Applications and Risk specialists, contributing to business development and our people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Digital Transformation engagements across strategy, discovery, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of project/change management and business analysis frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR).
• Experience selecting or implementing leading Business Applications from Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Sage, IFS.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation engagements from strategy through implementation to adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
