Jobs4 is seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Development Partner to join our Talent team in a high-impact role focused on succession planning, talent reviews, leadership assessment, and talent development. You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to deliver strategic talent initiatives and provide external insights into leadership trends and future skills.

You will combine strong analytical capability with stakeholder management, ensuring talent decisions are evidence-based

Qualifications

Significant experience in Talent Management, OD, Leadership Development, or Succession Planning.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in large organisations.
Expertise in leadership assessment methodologies and talent development.
Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights.
Experience producing papers and presentations for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Director to deliver succession planning and governance preparations.
Provide market and leadership insights to shape talent strategy.
Lead C-suite succession planning activities and develop talent recommendations.
Collaborate across HR, Reward, Learning, Communications, Recruitment, and Leadership teams.
Design and evaluate targeted development interventions for diverse talent pools.
Drive actions from succession reviews and develop robust development plans.
Support leadership assessments and interpretation for planning purposes.
Create executive-level briefings and reports for boards and governance forums.
Ensure talent frameworks align with future workforce and capability needs.
Contribute to ongoing leadership development programmes and talent practices.
