North Yorkshire Hospice Care is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns across our family of services, building awareness, engaging supporters and growing fundraising income.

You will lead website management, SEO, paid search and social media, analyse performance with Google Analytics, manage budgets and a small team, and work closely with fundraising, marketing and clinical services to deliver measurable impact and value for money.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
• Strong technical knowledge across website management, SEO, paid search and social media, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure performance.
• Budget management and the ability to drive measurable impact and value for money.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of a coordinated digital marketing strategy across our services.
• Oversee campaigns across websites, social media, email, search and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing and clinical services to achieve organisational goals.
• Recruit and manage the Digital Marketing Officer over time.
