Job Description:

As a Client Success Strategist, you will combine industry expertise with your knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions to drive value within 10-20 international accounts in your specific industry.

You will collaborate with sales and account managers to develop strategies that leverage Similarweb data to meet customer needs.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert input to clients: Develop and execute strategies to grow account size and adoption; consult with key stakeholders on product engagement and value propagation for 5-10 large international agencies.
  2. Pre-sale activities: Create and deliver decks, demos, and trials to demonstrate value and address customer needs.
  3. Post-sale activities: Maintain ongoing client engagement through presentations, insights, workshops, and calls to maximize ROI and adoption.
  4. Conduct training sessions and develop best practices for scaling account strategies.
  5. Analyze usage data and market trends to identify new opportunities and become industry an expert.
  6. Contribute to the global Client & Employee Success organization: collaborate on strategic initiatives, lead internal education, and share best practices.
  7. Provide strategic input: Help upskill sales and account teams on product mapping to use-cases and industries; participate in feedback to product strategy; identify content recycling opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Extensive agency background, especially with strategic accounts.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends.
  • Experience creating high-quality client-facing materials.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
