Responsibilities

• Lead and own analytics strategy across Digital, D2C, CRM and New Business projects.
• Build performance dashboards and prioritised insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the Senior CRM Executive and grow analytics capability within the team.
• Collaborate with Tokyo HQ and global teams to align analytics standards and data requirements.
• Present pilot results and data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
