Job summary

NHS Ayrshire and Arran in Scotland seeks a Business Manager for the Diagnostic Services Division at University Hospital Crosshouse. You will lead governance, performance and financial planning to ensure clinical standards and service targets are met.

Qualifications

• Management qualification to degree level with significant Business Management experience.
• Postgraduate level management training or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of CPD and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead on meeting structures and strategic planning cycles.
• Oversee performance management and financial planning.
• Direct administration, risk management and staff governance arrangements.
• Represent NHS Ayrshire and Arran across forums and guide Programme/Project Leads to meet governance and deadlines.
