Job summary

InHealth seeks a Service Manager for a Community Diagnostic Centre in Birmingham. The post holder will act as the CQC registered manager, oversee day-to-day service operations, manage budgets, staff rotas and radiography teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and IPC standards.

You will lead clinical and operational governance, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality patient care across a 7-day service.

Qualifications

• CQC registered manager or eligible to register.
• Experience in radiography staffing and team management.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Experience with regulatory standards and governance.
• Commitment to IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service.
• Manage staff rota and resource planning.
• Lead clinical and service leadership within the Centre.
• Ensure KPI reports are maintained and shared with stakeholders.
• Maintain building, safety and IPC standards; escalate issues as needed.
