NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) invites applications for a Service Support Manager within Diagnostic Imaging. The role leads the Imaging Administration service, ensuring timely access to high-quality imaging and supporting service delivery improvements.

You will oversee workforce planning, data analysis, and collaboration with clinical teams to meet local and national targets, while leading a dedicated administrative team across the South Sector Imaging Departments.

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge and experience within a complex operational service environment.
• Strong administrative management experience.
• Proven experience of leading and developing teams.
• Experience of driving service improvement.
• Knowledge and experience of workforce planning.
• Experience of using data analysis to monitor and improve service performance.
