Dŵr Cymru Cyf is seeking a Development Growth Manager to oversee development plan consultations and early stakeholder engagement with Local Authorities, developers and customers. You will lead responses to regulatory changes and coordinate with Strategy and Asset Capability to keep LPAs informed on asset management plans, ensuring efficient planning processes.

You will collaborate across Water Assets teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and participate in monthly reviews while upholding

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Town and Country Planning, Geography or related environmental discipline.
• Extensive experience in water industry with knowledge of planning function.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Direct activity on development plan consultations and early stakeholder engagement with Local Authorities, developers and customers.
• Lead responses to changes in guidance and legislation affecting development and growth.
• Coordinate timely data and reporting with Strategy and Asset Capability.
• Engage with over 30 LPAs to align engagement with company approach and advise on planning stages.
• Support feasibility studies, hydraulic models and water cycle studies as required.
• Provide input into customer complaints and mentor colleagues in Development Management.
