Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an experienced leader to shape and grow its Stakeholder Engagement offer for major UK utilities and infrastructure projects. You will work with the Director to develop client relationships, deliver strategic engagement programmes and drive growth across the service line.

We are looking for an energetic, commercially minded professional who can lead delivery teams, optimise processes and establish scalable workflows to support future growth.

Qualifications

Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, consultation, public affairs or PR consultancy.

Responsibilities

Act as the trusted deputy to the SE Director and help shape and grow the Stakeholder Engagement offer.
Build strong client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Present strategic recommendations, plans and solutions to clients.
Drive projects forward, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
Lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure efficient resource planning.
