Job summary

Dentalcare Group is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager for our Bradford-on-Avon practice. You will lead clinical governance, policy compliance, recruitment, and team management to deliver first-class patient care.

Working 40 hours weekly, Monday to Saturday, 8am–7pm, you will optimise open hours, build local reputation, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster a motivated, patient-focused team. Previous dental management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety.
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff.
• Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions.
• Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to a first-class service to patients.
• Build productive relationships with associates, supporting engagement and retention.
• Ensure quality through compliance with Health & Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy.
• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensure the practice opening hours offer the best proposition.
• Build reputation in the local area as the go to dental practice.
• Work 40 hours per week, between 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Pay negotiable depending on experience.
