Job summary

Refresco Drinks UK Limited in Derby is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating product launches, packaging changes and delists, with cross-functional collaboration across NPD, Technical, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams.

You will manage multiple workstreams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and support data accuracy and governance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive individual
• Experience in supply chain would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product and packaging change projects from concept through to launch and delist
• Own project plans, critical paths and governance processes to ensure milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time
• Maintain accurate project registers and provide regular progress updates
• Support artwork creation, approval processes and packaging compliance requirements
• Ensure all product master data is created and maintained accurately
• Manage launch activities including packaging transitions and obsolescence management
• Escalate project risks and issues affecting timing or costs
• Collaborate with wider Product Lifecycle team for workload management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in product change and commercialisation
