Job summary

Moody’s in London seeks a Senior Marketing Associate - Demand Generation to drive multi-channel campaigns, leveraging AI to optimize audience targeting and pipeline growth. You will work with Sales to align priorities, build engaging programs, and ensure high-quality customer experiences across surfaces.

You will configure campaigns in Marketo/HubSpot, manage segmentation, and coordinate with vendors. A fast-paced, collaborative environment offers growth in data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Equivalent professional marketing qualifications or relevant industry experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue across Moody’s.
• Support the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns aligned to business, sales, and marketing priorities.
• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events.
• Configure and launch campaigns within marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, personalization, workflows, and scheduling.
• Build and activate targeted audiences using data-driven segmentation and customer insights.
• Support lead nurture programs and customer journey execution across key lifecycle stages.
• Manage lead capture, tracking, qualification, and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales teams with support from the sales and marketing operations teams.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution, recommending optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate campaign execution with external vendors and partners to maximize lead generation effectiveness.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, campaign governance, and the use of AI-enabled marketing tools.
