Internationalschools is seeking a Delivery & Solutions Manager to bridge business needs and technical delivery within our technology portfolio. You will support planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely outcomes.

The role combines business analysis with project management, focusing on elicitation, documentation, and process mapping to enable effective delivery. Collaboration with stakeholders across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM.
• Experience across Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid delivery methods.
• Delivery of technology or transformation initiatives with clear requirements gathering.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and execution of initiatives within the technology portfolio.
• Lead requirements gathering and maintain traceability to business objectives.
• Map and improve processes, document as-is and to-be states.
• Engage stakeholders with workshops to define scope and outputs.
• Contribute to standardisation of delivery templates and approaches.
