Job summary

Sefton Council is seeking a Project Coordinator within our Corporate Transformation Delivery Service to support successful delivery of projects and programmes across the Council. You will work alongside Programme and Project Managers to coordinate activity, maintain project information and documentation, track actions and milestones, and support governance and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working with different people and priorities.

• You'll need an eye for detail, good communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity across the Council, maintain key project information and documentation, and track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies to support governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation to bring people and information together, follow up actions and ensure delivery keeps moving.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to transform ways of working and support wider transformation activity across the team.
