Strategic Delivery Manager - Zurich Partnership
London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

A brief overview:

As Strategic Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the global rollout of the Onsi platform as part of our strategic partnership with Zurich, one of the world’s leading insurers. This partnership is at the heart of our international expansion—digitising Zurich’s employee benefits proposition and distributing products directly to employees (B2B2E) through the Onsi app.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and operational delivery—launching Onsi in new markets, building strong relationships with key Zurich stakeholders, and ensuring internal teams are aligned to deliver on our shared goals. This role is both high-impact and hands-on: you’ll turn big-picture strategy into day-to-day momentum and measurable results.

What you will do:

  • Lead Global Rollouts: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Onsi platform in new countries and product segments—from strategic planning through to launch, optimisation, and scale.
  • Partner with Zurich Teams: Work closely with Zurich’s Relationship Managers and market teams to shape local go-to-market approaches, secure engagement, and drive adoption of Onsi with employer clients.
  • Deliver Onsi to Market: Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Support) to ensure the solution is delivered in line with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and market needs.
  • Customise to Local Contexts: Adapt the Onsi experience to suit regional customer needs, regulatory frameworks, and cultural expectations—ensuring each implementation feels local, not just translated.
  • Track & Report Performance: Monitor rollout success against agreed KPIs and SLAs, delivering timely, data-backed performance updates to both Zurich and internal stakeholders.
  • Run Post-Launch Reviews: Lead structured post-launch evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Inform Future Roadmaps: Feed customer insights and market trends back into our product and commercial teams to help shape future iterations and unlock new opportunities.

You will need:

  • Proven Success in Project Delivery: You have a strong track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish. You’re not just about overseeing delivery; you thrive in tackling challenges head-on, diving deep into new content areas, and ensuring the best decisions are made for the business.
  • Adaptability: You excel in navigating change and are comfortable adjusting to shifts in scope, team dynamics, and evolving project priorities.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management & Communication: With the ability to engage with diverse personalities, you communicate clearly and effectively, whether you're handling internal team conflicts or negotiating with external clients. You’re skilled in fostering collaboration and managing differing viewpoints.
  • Passion for Problem-Solving: Complex challenges excite you. You have a knack for breaking down intricate problems into manageable steps, identifying the key assumptions and inputs needed for a solution, and guiding the team toward successful outcomes.
