As a Delivery and Operations Lead in our business, your primary focus is to work collaboratively to create more value for our customers through an unrelenting drive to deliver value in support of our Business objectives. You will act as an immediate escalation point to unblock issues and impediments. This role will assure, execute, and maintain technical services within a specific functional domain (e.g., Supply Chain). Managing significant budgets, you will maintain a strategic view of technical services, projects, and outcomes, while working and managing dependencies within and across domains. You will also focus on developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, demonstrating effective influencing skills. Contract type: This role is a permanent contract.
Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, allowing a mixture of office and home-based work based on personal needs and business requirements.
Location: The home location will be London or Bracknell, to be agreed with the line manager. The role requires working in London, Bracknell, and other locations as needed.
Salary: The expected salary for this role is up to £75,000.
