Job summary

GCHQ is seeking a Principal Project Manager to deliver complex, high-impact projects across business change and technical capability. You will shape the delivery approach, guide multi-disciplinary teams and keep projects moving in dynamic environments.

Across the lifecycle you will lead governance, write business cases and manage benefits, while engaging senior stakeholders and ensuring clear reports and decisions. The role includes line management and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recognised project management qualification (APM/PMI/PRINCE2) and GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above.
• Experience delivering projects across varied environments with strong governance.
• Ability to plan, report, manage budgets, risks and change with clear communication.
