Lloyd's is seeking a Delegated Authority Oversight Manager to shape and strengthen one of the market's key distribution channels. You will oversee delegated authority capabilities across Managing Agents, ensuring alignment with Lloyd's Principles for Doing Business while promoting best practice across the market.

In this market-facing role, you will build strong relationships, analyze risk, and drive improvements within a global network of agents, MGAs, brokers and delegated authority partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple parties.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Collaborative approach; able to work across teams and functions.
• Experience in delegated authority oversight, compliance, governance, audit, or risk.
• Strong knowledge of the Lloyd's and London insurance markets and delegated authority landscape.

• Provide risk-based oversight of delegated authority activities across Managing Agents and related participants.
• Assess capabilities via targeted reviews, assurance activities, and thematic work.
• Build strong relationships with market participants to support oversight and information sharing.
• Maintain Lloyd's view of delegated authority capability and contribute to governance forums.
• Oversee portfolios of important MGAs, broker facilities, and structured programme providers.
• Lead interventions where issues arise with proportionate, evidence-based actions.
• Collaborate with Lloyd's colleagues to align oversight activity and share market insights.
• Act as a trusted authority on delegated authority matters and respond to market queries.
• Support Country Managers in MGA applications and local market risk assessment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
