Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Defence & Security Value Proposition Manager to lead the development, growth and deployment of strategic value propositions for the UK Defence sector.

You will oversee proposition development from concept to scalable offerings, manage critical bids and build senior stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable profitability and growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level business development and sales experience in Defence/Security.
• Experience shaping and commercialising value propositions and growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to secure complex, high-value opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, risk management and pipeline forecasting.
• Ability to engage senior clients and stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term growth strategies and roadmaps for Defence & Security propositions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and future capability requirements.
• Manage proposition development from concept to scalable offerings.
• Develop compelling value propositions delivering measurable client value.
• Shape complex bids and opportunities and forecast pipeline.
• Lead and develop a team of proposition owners and align cross-functionally.
