Job summary

Frazer-Nash is seeking an experienced Defence & Security Value Proposition Manager to oversee the development, growth and deployment of value propositions that help solve some of the UK Defence sector's most complex challenges. This is a high-profile leadership role focusing on business development, strategy, and client engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will develop scalable propositions, identify growth opportunities, and build senior stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Senior-level business development and sales experience delivering growth.
• Experience shaping and securing complex, high-value opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, risk management and pipeline forecasting.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple functions and org boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic growth with long-term strategies and roadmaps for defence value propositions.
• Advance business development: support complex opportunities, bids and proposals.
• Build influential client relationships with senior clients, partners and government stakeholders.
• Provide commercial leadership with sound risk management and pipeline forecasting.
• Enable delivery excellence across programmes, projects and transformation initiatives linked to value propositions.
