QinetiQ is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex defence programmes from our Bristol site. You will drive governance, risk, forecasting, and performance reporting while shaping continuous improvement across the delivery network.

You will build strategic stakeholder relationships and lead high‑performing teams to achieve schedule, cost and quality targets. You'll collaborate with customers and partners, oversee benefits realisation, and ensure compliance with security

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, high-value programmes or portfolios.
• Leadership across multiple customers, partners and delivery networks.
• Strong governance, risk and benefits realisation track record.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement with customers, partners and suppliers as a primary delivery contact.
• Deliver programme outcomes aligned to schedule, cost, quality, and financial performance.
• Build strategic relationships and drive collaboration across stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to programme teams, fostering continuous improvement and performance.
• Oversee governance, risk, opportunity and resource management for the programme.
• Support growth and operational excellence through stakeholder communications and performance reporting; travel to sites as required.
