Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our DC Workplace Savings team in the UK. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices and will require travel to meet clients face-to-face as needed, delivering exceptional service.

You will manage and deepen relationships across a portfolio of Marsh Workplace Savings clients, provide governance for UK DC pension arrangements, and work with insurer administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure contract-based schemes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, account management, or pensions consulting.
• Knowledge of UK Defined Contribution pensions and the workplace pensions landscape.
• Experience managing client relationships end-to-end, including handling queries, escalations, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships across a portfolio of Marsh Workplace Savings clients, acting as the first point of contact for queries and escalations.
• Provide governance and oversight support for clients' UK DC pension arrangements, partnering with insurer administrators and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively drive client engagement, service delivery, and retention across the UK.
• Support growth activity, including pitches/new business opportunities and traveling to meet clients across the UK.
• Collaborate within a high-performing Relationship Management team to share best practice.
