Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our DC Workplace Savings team in the UK, able to be based in any UK office and travel to meet clients as required.

You will manage and deepen relationships across a portfolio, provide governance and oversight for UK DC pension arrangements, and collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistently high client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, account management, or pensions consulting.
• Strong knowledge of UK Defined Contribution (DC) pensions.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships end-to-end.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships across a portfolio of Marsh Workplace Savings clients, acting as the first point of contact.
• Provide governance and oversight support for clients’ UK DC pension arrangements with insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively drive client engagement, service delivery, and retention—resolving issues and ensuring great client experience.
• Support growth activities, including pitches and travel to meet clients across the UK.
• Collaborate within a high-performing Relationship Management team to share best practices.
