Job summary

Aegon UK is seeking a Client Relationship Director to join the Workplace team on a permanent basis, with eligibility to work in the UK and locations in Edinburgh, London or Peterborough.

You will lead strategic relationships with Trustees and Employers, drive retention and assets, and shape the client proposition. The role requires senior stakeholder influence, strong pensions knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DC investment solutions and the pensions marketplace.
• Proven track record building trusted client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Able to influence, negotiate and challenge at board level.
• Experience leading complex projects aligned to strategic objectives.
• Understanding of pensions legislation and corporate pension propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen key client relationships to drive retention and assets.
• Identify opportunities and present Aegon services to Trustees/Employers.
• Oversee end-to-end scheme delivery and client programs.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to influence strategy and propositions.
• Lead with a client-centric approach to improve profitability.
