Aegon UK is seeking a Client Relationship Director to join the Workplace team on a permanent basis, with eligibility to work in the UK and locations in Edinburgh, London or Peterborough.

We're looking for a Client Relationship Director to join our Workplace team on a permanent basis, this is a Senior role, reporting into the Director, DC Clients. Workplace is a core market for Aegon UK and therefore is critical to the strategy and success of the business. We have an ambitious growth model and the Workplace Investing team has a key objective to build on the existing strong market position and expand in the large scheme and EBC market as well as maintaining our success in the SME sector. Our focus is on digital adoption, growth and driving AUM and consolidation of assets onto our Platform. This requires the delivery of a compelling proposition and providing strong strategic relationship management. As a Client Relationship Director you will focus on developing, broadening and strengthening key client relationships to improve retention, increase assets under management, support the development of new business and help improve the profitability of the channel through driving retention, revenue and income from existing clients.
