HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a senior leader to drive a strategic data transformation across regulated risk and finance reporting. You will chair end-to-end delivery, align with Risk, Finance and Technology, and deliver an auditable, scalable data solution across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes governance, evidence-based decision making and transparent executive reporting, with a focus on risk controls, data quality and timely cutover to production.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of complex, multi-workstream data programmes.
• Experience delivering executive dashboards and reports for regulators.
• Strong governance, risk, and control discipline in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the strategic data programme across process, data, technology, controls and migration cutover.
• Establish and own an integrated delivery plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with global/regional stakeholders to align with regulatory timelines and reporting.
• Build robust governance with decision rights, escalation paths and action tracking.
• Provide executive reporting, dashboards and dependency tracking with risks and issues.
• Embed delivery controls, including documentation and evidence retention.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and resource planning with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure the target-state solution is documented and handed over to operations after go-live.
