Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior product professional to lead ownership and delivery of data-centric products across multi-disciplinary teams. You will shape product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs while coordinating across stakeholders to realise measurable business benefits.

You should bring strong data modelling knowledge, governance know-how and experience translating complex needs into clear product requirements, preferably within regulated financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in product ownership or product management with roadmaps, backlog prioritisation and user discovery.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data modelling, ontologies, semantic data and metadata.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business and technical needs into clear problems, requirements and outcomes.
• Proven stakeholder-management and communication across senior groups.

Responsibilities

• Own or coordinate complex data/architecture products across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
• Manage dependencies, risks, decisions, budgets and competing priorities.
• Understand and apply explainability, privacy, security and responsible use in AI-enabled products.
• Experience in banking or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
