Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, analytics or related field.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Data modelling: ability to build a methodology with statistical techniques and scale.
• Industry experience across Banking, Insurance, and Consultancy focusing on data analytics.
• Adept at translating analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• End-to-end analytics project management experience.
• Proficient with SQL, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and Python.
• Experience with SQL, SAS and Alteryx for automation and reporting.
• Data quality and governance awareness, regulatory considerations.
• Ability to profile, trend analyze, and work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for decision support model from formation through to deployment.
• Define model framework balancing predictive accuracy with interoperability and usability.
• Source, cleanse and structure datasets for analysis.
• Apply statistical, ML or optimization techniques to develop the decision system.
• Translate business requirements into analytic frameworks and solutions.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate model outputs to executives.
• Establish KPIs for governance, model risk management and recalibration.
