Job summary

Prosource is seeking two Data Architects to shape and evolve data architecture across a major regulatory programme, delivering scalable, integrated solutions. You’ll work across strategic and delivery initiatives, providing architecture leadership and guiding digital transformation within our client’s organisation.

Locations: Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen; permanent roles (contract considered). You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality and interoperability, and help define

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Architecture and/or Data Modelling delivering scalable data solutions.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with data integration at scale.
• Ability to link data architecture decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience analysing and interpreting strategic plans to improve data flows.
• Collaborative across business and technical teams.
• Strong documentation and governance to align with standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve data domain architectures that support business activities, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with long-term strategic goals
• Design the structure and layout of data systems and platforms, assessing the impact of business change on existing architecture and supporting the prioritisation of improvements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, translating business needs into clear data requirements and building strong, trusted relationships
• Ensure project data designs align with the overall data architecture, identifying and resolving issues early to support successful project delivery
• Work closely with application and integration teams to deliver reliable, well-documented integrations that meet agreed standards and best practices
• Improve how data is structured, managed and shared across the organisation, driving better quality, consistency and interoperability
• Provide architectural guidance and assurance across a portfolio of digital initiatives, helping to ensure robust and scalable data solutions are delivered effectively
