Job summary

BMW Group UK Farnborough is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead the Reporting & Analytics function within the Data & Analytics Centre of Competence. You will manage a small BI team delivering insights through reporting and analytics solutions in close collaboration with data stewards and the Porto data team.

You will drive bi-weekly development sprints, develop a single source of truth, and create KPI dashboards using AWS QuickSight and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI/Data Analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and cloud data hubs.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics insights to business.
• Experience with Agile development and sprints.
• Excellent communication with business users.
