Job summary

BMW Group UK Farnborough is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead the Reporting & Analytics function within the Data & Analytics Centre of Competence. You will manage a small team of BI consultants delivering analytics that drive better business decisions and strategy, while collaborating with partners in Porto and the broader BMW cloud data services.

Proven leadership to manage and motivate a diverse BI team.
Ability to translate complex data concepts for business users.
Strong focus on delivering insights that drive decisions and strategy.
Experience with data systems, data warehousing, and cloud data hubs.

Responsibilities

Lead the Reporting & Analytics team to deliver analytics that drive business decisions and strategy.
Prioritise analytics requirements and allocate resources efficiently.
Run bi-weekly development sprints following Agile practices.
Collaborate with Data Stewards, UK FG team, and Porto data teams.
Develop data visualisations using Tableau and AWS QuickSight; create KPI dashboards.
Drive data literacy and transformation of the business data culture in the UK.
